IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION
Rates are per night based on double occupancy, taxes not included First two children under 12 FREE. Each additional person $10. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A two night minimum stay is required. A three night minimum stay is required on some holiday week-ends. Payment is due on arrival. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and personal check is accepted. All rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may vary. Cots and cribs are available at a rental charge of $10 per night. Sorry, no pets permitted. A deposit of 1/3 of the total room charge (minimum one night charge) is required within 7 days after making your reservation. Cancellations maybe made prior to 14 days of arrival date without charge. From fourteen days to one day prior to arrival date, cancellations are subject to loss of deposit. A cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date or leaving before scheduled departure date is subject to the total room charge. Cancellation charges apply only if the room is not resold, but at minimum there will be an administrative fee of $15. There are fans in every room. No AC, sea breeze only. Messages are taken at the desk. There are no phones in the rooms.
DIRECTIONS
Take EXIT 8 (Union St., Yarmouth and South Yarmouth) from the Mid-Cape Highway (US Route 6.) TURN RIGHT onto Station Avenue. Proceed 2.2 miles to intersection of Route 28. Go STRAIGHT THROUGH traffic light onto Old Main Street. Proceed 1.1 miles to SOUTH STREET (Just after Plymouth Sign, Co.) TURN LEFT ONTO SOUTH STREET which in 0.9/mile becomes SOUTH SHORE DRIVE. Proceed 0.6/mile further to THE VILLAGE GREEN on your right.
